This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on kalasawa.com by Kalasawa Exim Pvt Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality produce to your doorstep in the fastest and most reliable manner possible.

2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently deliver within select serviceable areas across Maharashtra, India. During checkout, you can verify whether delivery is available at your pin code. We are continuously expanding our delivery network — if your area is not currently serviceable, please check back or contact us at support@kalasawa.com.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
During peak seasons, festivals, or high demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 working days.

4. DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery: 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in select areas — this will be indicated at checkout if applicable.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather, logistics delays, or public holidays.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer flat-rate delivery across our serviceable areas.
The applicable shipping charge, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch or the delay is caused by us.

6. FRESH PRODUCE HANDLING

As we deal in perishable goods — fresh fruits, vegetables, and agriculture products — we take extra care in packaging and dispatching orders:

All produce is carefully packed to maintain freshness during transit.
We dispatch orders at the earliest opportunity to preserve quality.
If your order arrives in a damaged or significantly degraded condition due to transit issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with relevant dispatch details.
Tracking information will be shared where available depending on the delivery partner assigned to your order.

8. FAILED DELIVERIES

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, we will attempt re-delivery once.
For perishable items, if a second delivery attempt also fails, the order may be marked as non-deliverable and a refund may not be applicable given the perishable nature of the goods.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive:

A damaged or spoiled product
An incorrect item not matching your order
An incomplete order with missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@kalasawa.com with your order number and photographs. We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution — replacement, store credit, or refund — at our discretion.

10. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

Kalasawa Exim Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, extreme weather conditions, or disruptions by third-party logistics providers.
